SRINAGAR: Indian brutalities continue to agonising Kashmiris on the 82nd consecutive day of curfew in Indian-Held Kashmir (IHK).
The curfew was imposed by the Indian government to stop the procession of the announced march, a private news channel reported. The fires of freedom were kindled by Burhan Wani’s blood and the Kashmiris are determined for a fruitful conclusion, it added.
Schools, businesses, means of public transport and shops remained closed for the 82nd day. The curfew aimed to suppress the voices of Kashmiris under section 144 – people gatherings are still prohibited.
Leaders of the liberation movement had called a march – which is being dealt with strong Indian force. A Kashmiri student named Mudassir was arrested in Rajasthan for voicing his opinion on the Indian Army’s savagery.
Another Kashmiri student of Ganga Institute of Technology and Management of Haryana was beaten by Hindu extremists and the college’s security guards for voicing similar views.
