KARACHI: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) adjourned the hearing of three cases against Karachi Mayor Waseem Akhtar on Saturday.
Akhtar – along with 19 others – was nominated in three cases filed in reference to the carnage on May 12 in the provincial capital.
The city’s mayor has already been released on bail in these cases but the court issued non-bailable arrest warrants for 13 fugitives including a member of the Sindh Assembly from Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM).
