KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Monday issued non-bailable arrest warrants for over 30 accused including Alftaf Hussain and Farooq Sattar in cases pertaining to attack on media houses, violence and treason. 52 accused including three women members of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) appeared before the court. However, the court expressed displeasure over non-appearance of arrested accused including Kanwar Naveed Jamil, Qamar Mansoor and Sahahid Pasha and non-arrest of other accused. The court while declaring over 30 accused including Altaf Hussain, Farooq Sattar and others absconders issued non-bailable arrest warrants for them. The court ordered the investigation officer to arrest the accused and present them before it.
