ISLAMABAD – Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that the government has rejected the terms of reference (TORs) of the opposition parties by citing them they were against the basic rules of justice.
Talking to a private TV channel, he said the Pakistan Muslim League-N government has set good example of accountability in case of Panama leak issue which never happened in the past rules. He said that the government has already shown flexibility to talk on Panama leaks issue and has decided to establish a commission for it.
Replying to a question, he said there is need to introduce a resolution in order to resolve the Panama issue and the matter should be brought in front of the public also. He said the government has not received the TORs officially rather came to know about them through newspapers.
